• Shipping Transit: 4–6 days (Monday to Saturday)
• Total Delivery: 5–8 business days in total
• Free Shipping: Free Shipping within the United Kingdom

Delivery Delays
If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to two additional days (Monday to Saturday). Be sure to review your tracking information. If the order still has not been delivered, contact us with your order number so we can assist further.

Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@merintha.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email clear photos of the issue to support@merintha.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or ensure the correct item is sent.
