Return Process

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Requests submitted after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, email support@merintha.com within 30 days of delivery with the details of the replacement product. We will guide you through the exchange process. All exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@merintha.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email clear photos of the issue to support@merintha.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or ensure the correct item is sent.
